Fort Myers Beach Times Square was almost completely destroyed during Hurricane Ian. But, over a year later, Times Square is welcoming visitors back to experience the heart of FMB. Although many attractions are still being rebuilt, there is a restored feeling of community, with several food trucks and a farmers market returning to the square. Stay with Edison Beach House and walk five minutes from your hotel room to Times Square!

Things to Do at Fort Myers Beach Times Square

One of the most iconic sights of Times Square returned on the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Ian: the Times Square Clock. This iconic blue clock is a beacon for resiliency on the island! The Fort Myers Beach Pier was approved for rebuilding in November 2023, but there is no timeline for reopening. Please check updates on the Fort Myers Beach website

Farmers Market

Check out the Fort Myers Beach farmers market at Times Square from September-April, Fridays from 9 am-1 pm. Shop for fresh produce, artisan food, arts and crafts, clothing, and more! Follow their Facebook page to see what vendors are available during your visit!

Food Trucks

There are several food trucks available in Times Square, where you can stop and get a quick bite to eat. Some restaurants like Heavenly Biscuit are temporarily operating out of a food truck as they rebuild their restaurant.
