We look forward to welcoming you to the Edison Beach House and to Fort Myers Beach!
As our community rebuilds after the damage from Hurricane Ian in September 2022, we are pleased to report that our beaches are busy and are as beautiful as ever and small business and restaurants continue to re-open daily for the enjoyment of our visitors.

In addition to stunning ocean-front views, a fully-functioning elevator is now operational for your convenience. We also offer in-suite kitchenettes with a full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and dishwashers, as well as in-suite stacked washers and dryers in every room.

Please do keep in mind that, in order to improve our guest experience, renovations of our pool, sundeck and parking lot may be occurring during normal business hours during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

During our improvements, please be aware of the following:

1. There is no pool or pool bathrooms on the ground floor.
2. Please note, no moving trucks, campers, RVs, or construction equipment are allowed on the property.
3. Only one car is allowed per suite in the parking lot, and parking passes must be always displayed in the rear-view mirror.
4. No pets are allowed on the property.
5. We provide night security on-site from 7pm-7am for the safety of our guests.
6. Housekeeping services are provided daily for the comfort of our guests.
7. We are a non-smoking, non-vaping hotel.  Smoking/vaping is allowed in the outside lanai, but not in the rooms.  Thank you for being respectful to your fellow guests.
